He is a distinguished business personality of the country and has received many awards and accolades for his outstanding contribution to country’s industrial development. Mr. Rahman was instrumental in introducing best-in class corporate practice in Bangladesh and is widely credited as the architect of Group’s successful global strategy.

Mr. Rahman. Vice Chairman and founder of BEXIMCO Group. He is an industrialist, philanthropist and Member of Parliament, Mr. Rahman currently serves as the Prime Minister’s Private Industry and Investment Adviser, principally tasked with promoting trade, business and investment in the country.
Mr. Ahmed Shahryar Rahman
CEO & President
Mr. Rahman is the CEO & President of the Beximco Textiles, Apparel, and PPE Division and he is responsible for the overall operations of the Division. He is also an Advisor to the Board of Directors, of BEXIMCO Group, Bangladesh’s largest private conglomerate. He has wide experience in financial analysis, having previously worked with organizations like Merril Lynch International Inc. and Citigroup Asset Management Ltd. in the United Kingdom.
Mr. S. Naved Husain
Advisor to Chairman and Vice Chairman
Mr. Husain is the Advisor to the Chairman as well as the Vice Chairman of Beximco Group. Earlier to his appointment as an Advisor, he had been the CEO and Group Director of BEXIMCO for the last 25 years. He grew to fame in the world of fashion apparel retail, by successfully focusing BEXIMCO’s large scale operations on flexible manufacturing, speed to market and innovation. This resulted in the rapid establishment of strategic partnerships with many of the worlds leading retailers like Zara, Bershka, Philip-Van Heusen, Calvin Klein, Target, Landsend, C&A, and Walmart.
